User Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how users can request the deletion of data associated with the Tilawa application, including data created when logging in using Facebook.
Removing Facebook Integration
You can remove the Tilawa app's link from your Facebook account by following these steps:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy.
- Choose Settings, then Apps and Websites.
- Search for Tilawa in the linked apps.
- Click Remove to revoke the app's access to your Facebook account.
Requesting Data Deletion from Tilawa
To request the deletion of your account and associated data from Tilawa systems, send an email to: mo7udy@gmail.com
Please use the following subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request
Please include the following information so we can identify your account:
- Your name in the application.
- The email address used for your account.
- A statement that you are requesting the deletion of Facebook login data or the entire account.
What Happens After the Request?
- We will review the request and confirm account ownership if necessary.
- We will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account within a reasonable period.
- We may retain certain records if required by law or to prevent fraud.
Request Status
After sending the request, you can follow up on its status via the same email. We will notify you when processing begins or is completed.
